Structural Simulation Engineer FEM – Composite Materials

Marenco Swisshelicopter is a young and innovative Aerospace Company which is working on the development and production of a new single engine Helicopter.

For our calculation division we are looking for a

Structural Simulation Engineer FEM – Composite Materials (male/female)

who wishes to overtake a responsible position within a competent and engaged team in a modern working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and development of new structures and Assemblies by means of FEM
  • Optimization of existing structures and assemblies with focus on airframe
  • Documentation of certification relevant analysis for strength  substantiation of carbon composite structures
  • Validation of FE models
  • Proactive and autonomous development of creative solutions to challenging technical problems
  • Coordination of tests with test division for validation of FE models

Education/Skills/Experience:

  • Master Degree (ETH/TU) in the field of aerospace or mechanical engineering
  • Experienced in Nastran and Ansys preferable Ansys ACP
  • Basic Knowledge of Carbon Composite design and failure criteria
  • Good German and English knowledge (spoken and written)
  • Working experience of structural design in the above-mentioned fields is of advantage

Structural Simulation Engineer FEM (male/female)

who wishes to overtake a responsible position within a competent and engaged team in a modern working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Development, analysis and optimization of metallic structures and components by means of FEM
  • Proactive and autonomous development of creative solutions to technical problems
  • Optimization of existing components and assemblies
  • Proof and certification of existing structures

Education/Skills/Experience:

  • Master degree (ETH/TU/FH) in the field of aerospace, mechanical, structural engineering or similar
    • Main studies’ subjects:  structural analysis/mechanical design/fiber-reinforced composites
  • FEM knowledge in the simulation of fiber-reinforced composites is of advantage
  • Experience with NX, ANSYS and ANSYS/ACP
  • Good German and English knowledge (spoken and written)
  • First working experiences of structural design in the above-mentioned fields is of advantage

As part of continued growth of our engineering division in Pfäffikon (Zürich, Switzerland) starting as soon as possible we are seeking for a:

Structural Simulation Engineer FEM – Fatigue Strength (male/female)

who wish to assume a responsibility position within a competent and engaged team in a modern working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and development of new metallic structures and assemblies by means of FEM
  • Optimization of existing metallic structures and assemblies with focus on fatigue strength
  • Documentation of certification relevant analyses for static and fatigue strength substantiation of metallic structures and assemblies
  • Validation of FE models
  • Time-effective coordination of fatigue strength substantiation activities with other departments
  • Proactive and autonomous development of creative solutions to challenging technical problems

Education/Skills/Experience:

  • Master Degree (ETH/TU) in the field of aerospace, mechanical, structural engineering or similar
    • Desired main studies’ subjects:  metal fatigue/structural analysis/mechanical design
  • FEM experience in the simulation of metal fatigue
  • Founded experience with nCode, ANSYS, Nastran, NX
  • Good German and English knowledge (spoken and written)
  • Working experience of structural design in the above-mentioned fields is of advantage
  • Team spirit and motivation

CAD Designer / Design Engineer

Marenco Swisshelicopter is a young and innovative Aerospace Company which is working on the development and production of a new single engine Helicopter.

In order to support our development team we are looking for a CAD Designer for the SKYe SH09 project

Responsibilities:

  • Design and development mechanical components and assemblies
  • Modelling of Parts with CAD
  • Creation of technical drawings for production and assembly
  • Development of production and test equipment

Qualifications:

  • Hold a technical degree or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant CAD design experience for mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of Siemens NX CAD will be an advantage
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Good team player skills and the ability to work to fixed deadlines

Quality Inspector (w/m)

Zur Verstärkung unserer Wareneingangsprüfung suchen wir einen

Quality Inspector (w/m)

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Durchführung von Eingangskontrolle, sowie von Einzelteil und Baugruppen First Article Inspections (EN 9102) und Conformity Inspections von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen
  • Prüfung der Materialzertifikate (z.B. EN 10204), sowie Prüfnachweise von      ergänzenden Prüfungen für Spezialprozesse
  • Vollständige Erledigung von Lieferantenreklamationen (Deutsch & Englisch) mit der 8D Methodik
  • Aktive Verfolgung von internen Fehlermeldungen
  • Sicherstellung, dass auch administrative Aufgaben in der Wareneingangsprüfung termingerecht erfolgen, z.B. Prozesskennzahlen ermitteln
  • Durchführung von externen Wareneingangsprüfungen bei Lieferanten
  • Sicherstellen, dass die Prüfmittel gemäss ISO 17025 kalibriert werden und gemäss den definierten Rekalibrierintervallen sind

Ihr Profil:

Um Ihre Aufgaben kompetent ausführen zu können, bringen Sie Folgendes mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Lehre ( im Metall-, Kunststoff-, Elektrobereich)
  • Techniker Ausbildung
  • Über 5 Jahre Industrieerfahrung im QM
  • EASA Part-145, EASA Part-21 G und EN 10204, EN 9102 Kenntnisse
  • SAP Kenntnisse
  • Vorzugsweise 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Luftfahrtindustrie in gleicher Position und Aufgabengebiet idealerweise mit NDT Kenntnissen.
  • Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
  • Unternehmerisches Denken

Your responsibilities:

  • Define, implement and lead the global supply strategy for specific material      groups and develop the optimal global supplier portfolio
  • Identify and realize cost reduction potentials

  • Support internal and external audits
  • Support as team member of interdisciplinary project teams the      launch of new products

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or University degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
  • MBA or degree in purchasing is an advantage

Mechanical Systems Engineer – Hydraulic- and Flight Control Systems

Marenco Swisshelicopter is a young and innovative Aerospace Company which is working on the development and production of a new single engine Helicopter.

In order to support our development team we are looking for a Mechanical Systems Engineer for the SKYe SH09 project

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and controlling of development activities for the hydraulic- and mechanical flight control systems
  • Design, development and certification of the mechanical components and systems
  • Liaise with suppliers on a technical level
  • Participate in technical feasibility studies
  • Write and review system requirement documents and engineering reports
  • Prepare, coordinate and review structural analysis of safety relevant components/ systems
  • Prepare and review test documents and support component, ground, and flight test activities
  • Coordination of systems and helicopter assembly with the production team

Qualifications:

  • Hold a university degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent
  • Relevant engineering experience with aircraft mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of aircraft integration standards and certification processes is desirable
  • Good English language skills, both verbal and in writing, a working knowledge of German language will be an advantage
  • Good team player skills and the ability to work to fixed deadlines

Engineer

Marenco Swisshelicopter is a young and innovative Aerospace Company which is working on the development and production of a new single engine Helicopter.

In order to support the SKYe SH09 project we are looking for an

Engineer

Who will support the project in structuring and collecting initial maintenance data and coordinate the development of the initial datasets within the engineering teams. The available data have to be derived from the initial requirements, the calculations for the different components and systems, from test data and from risk and hazard analysis. The engineer will later on be responsible to structure the maintenance data using the appropriate methods. Aside the coordination in the engineering team the engineer will coordinate these tasks inside the company with all  relevant disciplines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Hold a university degree in mechanical      engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter and CAD (NX) an advantage
  • Some experience in logistics analysis,      reliability and maintainability methods according to common aerospace      standards. (e.g. MSG-3) an advantage
  • Strong analytical as well as practical skills
  • Good team player, ability to work cross-functional
  • Good English and German language skills, both verbal and in writing
  • Good communicator
