Development Engineer (Composite) – Rotor Systems

Marenco Swisshelicopter is a young and innovative Aerospace Company which is working on the development and production of a new single engine Helicopter.

In order to support our development team we are looking for a

Development Engineer

for the SKYe SH09 project

Responsibilities:

  • Design, development and implementation of composite components for the rotor systems
  • Coordinate the development of the composite components for the rotor systems
  • Liaise with suppliers on a technical level
  • Participate in technical feasibility studies
  • Write system requirement documents and engineering reports
  • Prepare and coordinate structural analysis of safety relevant components/ systems
  • Prepare test requirement documents and support component, ground, and flight test activities

Qualifications:

  • Hold a university degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent
  • Relevant engineering experience with design and production of composite materials are essential
  • Knowledge of aircraft integration standards and certification processes is desirable
  • Good English language skills, both verbal and in writing, a working knowledge of German language will be an advantage
  • Good team player skills and the ability to work to fixed deadlines

Lead Engineer – Hydraulic- and Flight Control Systems

Lead Engineer for the SKYe SH09 project

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and controlling of development and certification activities for the hydraulic-  and flight control systems
  • Design, development and implementation of the hydraulic- and control systems
  • Coordinate the development of the hydraulic- and flight control systems
  • Liaise with suppliers on a technical level
  • Participate in technical feasibility studies
  • Write and review system requirement documents and engineering reports
  • Prepare, coordinate and review structural analysis of safety relevant components/ systems
  • Prepare and review test requirement documents and support component, ground, and flight test activities

Qualifications:

  • Hold a university degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent
  • Relevant engineering experience with aircraft mechanical systems, hydraulic systems or flight control systems will be an advantage

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams „Tests and Instrumentation“ suchen wir für unseren Standort in Pfäffikon (Zürich, CH) und Mollis (Glarus, CH) eine/n engagierten

Testingenieur

die/der eine verantwortungsvolle Position in einem kompetenten und engagierten Team in einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld übernehmen möchte.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Vorbereiten und Durchführung von Versuchen an Hubschrauber Systemen und Komponenten
  • Kalibrieren und Installation von Flug Messeinrichtung (Flight Test Instrumentation)
  • Koordinierung der Testaktivitäten mit System Ingenieuren
  • Konstruieren von Test Equipment Komponenten
  • Evaluieren, bestellen und einbauen von Sensoren und Messequipment
  • Applizierung und Kalibrieren von Dehnmessstreifen
  • Dokumentieren von Testergebnissen

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (FH/ETH/TU) in den Bereichen Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der technischen Entwicklung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Testing von Vorteil
  • LabView Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Selbständigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie gute Fähigkeit im Umgang mit hohem Arbeitsvolumen
  • Flair für die Arbeit in interdisziplinären und interkulturellen Teams

Responsibilities:

  • Design, Development and Integration of Electrical Power Systems on SKYe SH09 Helicopter
  • Plan and coordinate the development of the Electrical Power Systems within SKYe SH09 project
  • Participate in technical feasibility studies
  • Liaise with suppliers on a technical level
  • Prepare test requirements documents and support ground and flight test activities
  • Write and review system requirement documents and engineering reports

Qualifications:

  • Hold a university degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent
  • Relevant engineering experience with aircraft electrical and avionic systems will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of aircraft electrical wiring practices, integration standards and certification processes is desirable
  • Good English language skills, both verbal and in writing, a working knowledge of German language will be an advantage
  • Good team player skills and an ability to work to fixed deadlines
