Development Engineer – Hydraulic- and Flight Control Systems

Marenco Swisshelicopter is a young and innovative Aerospace Company which is working on the development and production of a new single engine Helicopter.

In order to support our development team we are looking for a Development Engineer for the SKYe SH09 project

Responsibilities:

  • Design, development and implementation of the hydraulic-  and flight control systems
  • Coordinate the development of the hydraulic- and flight control systems
  • Liaise with suppliers on a technical level
  • Participate in technical feasibility studies
  • Write and review system requirement documents and engineering reports
  • Prepare and coordinate structural analysis of safety relevant components/ systems
  • Prepare test requirement documents and support component, ground, and flight test activities

Qualifications:

  • Hold a university degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent
  • Relevant engineering experience with aircraft mechanical systems, hydraulic systems or flight control systems will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of aircraft integration standards and certification processes is desirable
  • Good English language skills, both verbal and in writing, a working knowledge of German language will be an advantage
  • Good team player skills and the ability to work to fixed deadlines

Lead Engineer – Maintainability and Reliability

Marenco Swisshelicopter is a young and innovative Aerospace Company which is working on the development and production of a new single engine Helicopter.

In order to support our development team we are looking for a Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) Engineer for the SKYe SH09 project.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintainability, logistic and reliability analyses and reports on helicopter, system and component level (MTA, LCC, LSA, FMEA/FMECA, reliability prediction)
  • Definition of reliability testing and assessment of test results
  • Definition and verification of R&M requirements internally and to suppliers
  • Analysis and inputs to the maintenance and training documentation
  • Support of the continued airworthiness
  • Time and cost-effective management and application of the R&M process
  • Pro-active collaboration with  the involved disciplines

Qualifications:

  • Hold a university degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in logistics analysis, reliability and maintainability methods according common aerospace standards is desirable
  • Knowledge of aerospace standards and certification processes is desirable
  • Experience with PTC Windchill Quality Solution/Relex will be an advantage
  • Good English language skills, both verbal and in writing, a working knowledge of German language will be an advantage
  • Good team player skills and ability to work analytically and cross-system wide

Development Engineer (Composite) – Rotor Systems

In order to support our development team we are looking for a

Development Engineer

for the SKYe SH09 project

Responsibilities:

  • Design, development and implementation of composite components for the rotor systems
  • Coordinate the development of the composite components for the rotor systems
  • Liaise with suppliers on a technical level
  • Participate in technical feasibility studies
  • Write system requirement documents and engineering reports
  • Prepare and coordinate structural analysis of safety relevant components/ systems
  • Prepare test requirement documents and support component, ground, and flight test activities

Qualifications:

  • Hold a university degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent
  • Relevant engineering experience with design and production of composite materials are essential
  • Knowledge of aircraft integration standards and certification processes is desirable
  • Good English language skills, both verbal and in writing, a working knowledge of German language will be an advantage
  • Good team player skills and the ability to work to fixed deadlines
